By using Tutorchat, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
Tutorchat is an educational platform that provides AI-assisted learning exercises. Users can create accounts, engage in practice sessions, and earn experience points (EXP) upon completing exercises. The platform can be accessed through both PC and mobile devices.
Users can register an account using their email/password or Google Sign-In. Users may optionally provide their name, gender, and grade for a more personalized experience. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
Tutorchat offers a free tier allowing one exercise per day. For unlimited access, users can subscribe for $39 per month or $299 per year. Subscriptions can be managed and canceled through the user’s profile tab. Subscription fees are subject to change, but existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes.
If users do not see progress after one month of consistent usage (defined as completing at least 10 exercises per week for 4 weeks), they may request a refund. This guarantee applies only for the first month and must be claimed within two months of payment. Refund requests should be directed to our support team at contact@tutorchat.ai.
Users are prohibited from exploiting breaches, abusing security vulnerabilities, or engaging in any activity that harms the platform. Any form of unauthorized access, hacking, or tampering with the platform is strictly prohibited. PRISM reserves the right to ban users immediately, refuse any refund, and take legal action if necessary.
Users can manage their data through the profile section, including updating personal information and deleting their account. Our use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting user data and ensuring privacy.
Tutorchat uses Firebase security rules to protect user data. Although no system can guarantee complete security, we employ reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and take appropriate steps to mitigate the impact.
Users can contact us via email at contact@tutorchat.ai for any disputes or complaints. We will strive to resolve issues promptly and fairly. For unresolved disputes, users agree to binding arbitration under French law.
PRISM reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user’s responsibility to review the terms periodically.
